Recently, I've been putting up
sketches in the Scraps gallery.
I noticed a long time ago that I draw a lot, yet only about one percent of the pictures ever make it into the final stages and get posted up in deviantArt.
I learned recently that I shouldn't be uploading only the things that I really like, because then I would become lazy when I start feeling I can't seem to draw anything. Sketches
are made during these times, but I don't feel they are all that great.
Sure, I had put up a lot of things in Scraps before, but it was only because:
- I didn't really feel like working on them any further, yet I still liked them.
- They are WIP pictures, or
- They were part of the main gallery, but I disliked them later on.
I plan on uploading at least three sketches in the Scraps gallery per week, unless I'm really tight on schedule or I'm working on a picture that will actually go on my main gallery.
Okay.
Expect more smut, though.

What's so great about Shadow the Hedgehog?

Leadership isn't about firing bullets and stabbing people; it's about being able to tell others to fire bullets and stab people.

I'm a Gazelle! OINK!!
Smutty Smutty Smut-smut.
Yeah, as anthropomorphic artists, we tend to neglect our sketchbooks. I know that atm, I'm starting a lot of artwork and leaving them unfinished, but that's 'cos I'm pining a tablet. :\
It's definitely insightful to use the sketchbook. It may even convince you to finish some of the uploaded sketches so that everyone can see the finished product.
