EDITDESCRIPTION!:
Sketch. I honestly like the expression that's in the sketch more than this pic.
It was originally for the War-time Propaganda Poster idea as by ~SabreW0LF and ~TheWizardOfWack, but then I noticed how the costume looked kinda like the Engy from Team Fortress 2. Replace the hammer with the wrench, add some TF2 colours, and voila, there's the Engy.
Now it's for *Zelda1000's video-game-fanart contest thingy.
